Returns & Refunds
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 28 days of purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Start your return quickly and easily via our online returns portal below.
To make a return, simply visit the returns portal and follow the steps below:
- Go to the returns portal (have your order number to hand).
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
- Choose your preferred return method.
- Generate your returns label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel.
- Drop your parcel off at your chosen return location - and you’re all set!
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges are also available through the returns portal. When submitting your return, you can choose to exchange your item and select a new size or an alternative item, subject to availability. If the replacement item differs in price, you will either be refunded the difference or you will be able to pay the additional cost via the portal.
